YARDZ will honor the GAF discounted pricing for the duration of your active and current contract, provided your GAF certification remains valid. If GAF certification is not maintained, YARDZ reserves the right to discontinue the discount upon contract renewal.

YARDZ provides unlimited phone and online meeting support for active customers.

YARDZ will provide multiple demos via online meeting sessions but will not provide your own demo environment.

It depends on what permissions are applied to the added Team Member. Subscriptions have the option of adding Team Members as either Notification Only or a User License. If the Team Member is added as Notification Only they will only get the email notifications that are relevant to their projects. They can NOT access the system or your data. If the Team Member is added under a User License, that individual will have access to the system and data per the permissions you assign to them.

Yes, there are a lot of options on tracking maintenance schedules based on hours, miles and dates.

YARDZ has dozens of integrations that include receiving data form other telematics providers.

YARDZ is a communication and efficiency software to manage the rental process. You are still booking directly with your rental company and should receive the same terms and conditions you would have if you used email, phone or fax. In fact, YARDZ takes it a step further can will evaluate your Not To Exceed negotiated rates to ensure that you do not overpay on rentals.

Permissions are user types that are created in order to restrict the use of features or access to data. As you create permissions, you can apply them to individual Team Members to restrict what they can or cannot do or see.

With the use of role permissions you can limit what team members see or what they can do in YARDZ.
